1. When will my order ship?

Orders generally ship within 24-48 hours. On occasion some orders might take longer in the event of a video release or large sale.

2. How much will it cost to ship my package?

During the checkout process you will get to the shipping page. You will be able to choose how you would like it shipped and the corresponding cost will show next to each option for domestic or international shipments.


3. How does your free shipping program work?

Free Shipping is only available for retail customers only.  All orders over $200.00 (net) will ship for free in the Continental U.S. only.  Free shipping does not include equipment, kilns & half sheets of glass.  However, we do not charge box charges, crating or handling fees for glass.  Please be advised free shipping is only for shipable items in your cart.  Online classes and class sign ups do not count towards your 200.00 balance.

4. How come I cannot insure my international package if it is shipped through the post office?

The United States Postal Service will not allow a shipper to file a claim on international shipments.

5. Can my orders be combined for shipping?

Generally, yes.  You will need e-mail us immediately to let us know at info@aaeglass.com.  We cannot combine shipping order during Saturday videos or Black Friday sales.

6. When are you open?

Our brick and mortar store in Cape Coral, FL is closed Sunday- Tuesday. We are open Wednesday 10am to 3pm, Thursday 10am to 3pm, Friday 10am to 3pm  and Saturday 10am-3pm.

Our shipping department works Monday-Friday every week. Customer Service is available by phone only Mon-Fri 9-5 EST.

What is our return policy?

We offer 100% satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item/s to us with a copy of your order invoice within 30 days from the delivery of your items. We will refund you through your payment method used to purchase the items. i.e. a credit card refund or Paypal account refund. Unfortunately, we can not give refunds on DVD's or any software items, these sales are final. THere are no exceptions to this policy.  If a DVD is defective we will exchange it for you. Please note that there are no returns on special order, clearance, or overstock items - all sales on these items are final.

**IF YOU ARE PURCHASING TOOLS or EQUIPMENT.  This includes glass cutters, breakers, circle cutters, saws, kilns etc.  PLEASE TEST YOUR ITEM to make sure it is working properly.  If you do not  use your tool/equipment for months after purchase and then you discover it is not working correctly, we cannot help you.  All of our manufacturers also have the same 30 day return policy.  So, please test your tools for proper function as soon as you receive.

How do I return my item?

Package your items safely and include a copy of your order receipt. Ship it to:

We must receive your return item in working order to refund you. If you are not experienced in shipping glass, molds or other fragile items we suggest getting insurance on your package for your own protection. Asking your local shipper how to pack it properly for insurance purposes would also be very helpful to you.

Can I return an item if it's been more than 30 days?

What is your class cancellation policy?

In the unlikely event that AAE cancels the class you will receive a full refund. A 100% refund will be given if you cancel your class 30 days BEFORE the class is scheduled to take place. If you cancel your class within 45 days of the class, sorry, there are no refunds.  A class credit may be given in the event of an emergency.   This credit may only be used for in-studio classes and must be used within 1 year of credit issue.
If you are traveling from out of town, please DO NOT make travel arrangements prior to 60 days of the class in case the class is cancelled due to low enrollment (unlikely.) You are welcome to email us at info@aaeglass.com to check on the rate of enrollment at anytime.  AAE Glass will not refund any travel, air or accommodations if class is cancelled. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you have an emergency and are unable to attend last minute, please call us and we will work with you to resolve the matter.


What if my item arrives damaged?

We do our very best to ensure your items arrive to your doorstep the way you expect them to. Over years of experience shipping glass and other fragile items we have a very successful system in place. Even with all our precautions, however, occasionally damage does occur in shipping. If you receive an item that appears damaged from shipping (ex: box is dented), notify the carrier immediately (UPS, U.S. Post Office or trucking company). Do not return the damaged merchandise - the carrier will determine if they need to see the condition of the box at the delivery site. Keep all packaging materials, including interior and exterior containers. Contact info@aaeglass.com and notify us of the damage. We will ship replacements to you immediately or refund you for your item.

My Bullseye Piece of Glass is NOT Exactly 10 x 10 or 5 x 10.  Why?

Bullseye glass sheets are hand rolled and slightly vary in size.  Sizes are approximate and this statement is stated on each individual listing below above the price of the item.  Some 10x10 & 5x10 pieces may be slightly smaller or larger than the stated size.  We cannot grant requests on exact sizes.

Is Bullseye Glass 90 COE?  Can it be fused with Uroboros 90 & Wissmach 90 COE?


Unfortunately, the answer to this question is not simple.  The intent of most glass fusers who ask this question is to find out if Bullseye glass is compatible with glass made by another manufacturer. But COE ("coeffecient of expansion") by itself cannot tell you if two glasses are compatible. In order to know that a Bullseye glass is compatible with glass from another manufacturer, you must conduct your own tests.


  • Matching COEs does not ensure compatibility between glasses, no matter what you read or hear anywhere else. There are many different factors besides COE that determine compatibility between glasses. COE is just a single factor. 

  • Our fusible glasses are factory-tested for compatibility with each other. We do not test for compatibility with other manufacturers' glasses. We do not test for COE or rate our glasses with COE numbers. We do not claim to produce glasses that are rated "COE 90."

  • All comptibile Bullseye glasses are tested compatible with other Bullseye compatible glass.


What if items are missing from my order?

Check the items received against those on the packing slip, but remember that small items can get "lost" in the foam peanuts. Sometimes small items are taped to larger items, or placed in a bag for protection. Allow an extra business day for multiple box shipments to arrive. If you have thoroughly checked the packaging of the box and can not find the item listed on the packing slip please contact AAE Glass and the item will be shipped immediately

What if my item is defective?

Defective merchandise without a warranty will be refunded if returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. For defective merchandise under warranty, contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

How long will it take to process my return?

We will do our best to process your return quickly. Please allow 30 days for refunds to be processed once received by AAE Glass. Once AAE Glass has processed your refund it may take the bank a few days to show the completed transaction.If you are aware the card on file for your order may expire during the month of processing the return please verify the last 4 digits of the credit card number and include the updated expiration date on your return form.

Who pays the shipping costs?

Shipping costs will be refunded on a return if there was an error or a product defect. If this applies to your return, please include a copy of the postal receipt in/on your return package and request the credit.

What if my package is lost by the shipping carrier?

For domestic deliveries (in the USA) we will reship your order immediately or refund you if we don't currently have replacements for your order. If the tracking information says your package was delivered we will need to have the carrier complete an investigation before we reship your replacement items to you.

For International deliveries, United Postal Service deliveries are guaranteed and fully insured. The domestic rules apply to any international order having their order shipped through UPS. All USPS packages to international addresses are not insured and are at the customer's risk for lost or non delivered packages.

How do Gift Certificates work?

You can purchase the monetary amount you would like and select your holiday "card" image (or insert your own) in the product listing.  You can also enter a gift message.  You have two options, as the buyer, the gift certificate will be sent to your e-mail.  You may then print it out like a card or pass it on to the recipient. There is a gift certificate code on the paper.  This is the code one enters at checkout when using the certificate.

Your other option is to send the gift certificate directly to the recipient by e-mail.  Check the "send to a friend" box and enter the appropriate information and their e-mail address.  As the buyer, you will receive a receipt for the order AND a notification when your G.C. has been delivered by e-mail.

If you do not see the monetary value you desire, for example if you wanted to purchase $35.00 worth, you would purchase a $25 and a $10.00 gift certificate.  Both codes will go to the recipient.  As the recipient, you may enter as many gift certificate codes as necessary during the checkout process.  It is all automated!  The system will keep track of monies not spent and the recipient can use the remainder at any time at a later date.  Once the recipient logs into their account, they can see on their dashboard under "gift card" what has been used, what has not been used and recover the gift certificate code if needed.

To protect our artists, videos cannot be downloaded but they will be in your accounts to view and stream, forever.  In the unlikely event that AAE Glass closes the business for any reason, you will still have access to your video on a dedicated server, forever.
