Please put "application for wholesale" in the subject line.

Please e-mail us you DBA name, (doing business as) business shipping address, e-mail address & phone number. Once received, your application will be approved and your account will be set up within 2 business days. You will be notified of your new status via e-mail.


*NOTE: If you have a registered retail account with us already and just wish to use the same information, please let us know. We can turn that into your wholesale account with the click of a button.

Wholesale Account Requirements:


  • Send required information to [email protected] with the subject line "application for wholesale." You will be notified of status within two business days of submission.
  • Wholesale accounts are available to merchants who have a valid business license, sales tax number or EIN number. Applications will not be approved without one of these numbers.
  • Must provide a copy or picture of this license via e-mail


Terms & Conditions


  • Upon approval of your application, your account will be set up and you will have access to wholesale pricing online. You must be logged in to review prices and make purchases. If you need assistance in ordering, please call 239-471-7724 and we are happy to help.
  • Wholesale customers are not eligible for free shipping on orders and shipping does not count towards yearly sales. You must maintain $500 in purchases in one calendar year in order to maintain your wholesale status with us.
  • Opening orders for wholesale is $250.00
  • There is NO minimum on reorders.




  • Wholesale prices on are extended to qualified buyers only.
  • Prices on are subject to change without notice.
  • Wholesale pricing will apply in store as well.


Method of Payments Accepted

  • We will accept a BUSINESS check in store only.




  • Most orders are shipped the next business day.
  • UPS now charges by dimension & weight. Exact costs are calculated and added to your cart at the time of check out. We do not charge a handeling fee.
  • We do not charge box fees or cut charges.
  • Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping promotions.
  • AAE Glass does not backorder items. If items are not in stock, you will be refunded promptly.


Pickup Orders


  • You may select “store pickup” as an option when placing your order online. You will be notified by e-mail when your order is ready for pick up.
  • We encourage you to come in our warehouse and select your glass! All wholesale benefits apply in store as well as online.


Special Glass Orders


  • We place orders with our suppliers on the 1st and 15th of every month. If you should need a special order of glass or large quantities, please call in your order before those dates. If you are local, you can ride along with our crate order and not pay shipping. Any special orders that are shipped are applied regular shipping rates and box charges if applicable.
  • Special glass orders must be paid for upfront. All sales are final on special glass orders once placed. NO returns and NO cancellations will be accepted.




  • We ship via UPS or USPS. If your items are damaged in shipment, please notify us immediately at [email protected]. UPS requires you to save the original carton and packaging material. Please do not return damaged items to us without contacting us first. We may have to issue you a call tag through UPS first.




  • Do not return merchandise to us without prior authorization. Please contact John at [email protected] for instructions.
  • Once you receive authorization to return an item, you have 10 days to return the product for a refund.
  • If it is our error, we will refund the shipping both ways.
  • Merchandise must be in original packing, unopened, in order to receive a full refund.
  • We do not give refunds on DVDs, video downloads or books. If your DVD is defective or damaged, we will replace it with a new one.
